Rules and Regulations
Gates open at 3PM to view Vehicles and pre-register to bid
Units may be started but not driven
A valid Driver’s License is require to register as a Bidder
Please Note the name on the title will be the name of the registered Bidder. If the unit is to be titled in another person’s name, that person will need to register as the bidder
$200 Cash deposit on Each winning bid (Due that night)
Balance Due by 4pm on the Friday following the sale
CASH Deposit WILL BE FORFEITED if balance is not paid in full
Any bidder who does not fulfill their payment obligation will also be permanently banned from the sale
$200 Cash Deposit Required on all Vehicles Sold on an “IF”.
CASH deposit WILL BE REFUNDED, if Bank does not accept your bid (you may give a counteroffer if you choose to at this time)
CASH AND CERTIFIED CHECKS ONLY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS
All Vehicles are Sold “AS IS”
Central Ohio Auto Auction, its employees, owners, agents, officers or directors make no expressed warranty to the condition of the vehicle. It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle, verify the year make, model, mileage and condition of the unit, and bid accordingly.
Vehicles Release
Once you have paid the unit in full you may have possession of the vehicle
The Bill of Sale will serve for you to be able to acquire a Temp Tag on the unit
You will be notified of your title when it has been transferred (within 10 business days)
